Outside My Window: The sun is shining and there is a light skiff of snow from overnight.

From the learning room: I am behind on grading. This has been an ongoing issue this school year and I am yet unable to find a solution to it.

From the kitchen;

Friday: Christmas eve dinner

Saturday: Christmas brunch / left overs for dinner

Sunday: Bean burgers and homemade onion rings

Monday: Beef Stew, salad, biscuits

Tuesday: Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, beans, salad

Wednesday: left overs

Thursday: dinner at Mr.s' parents house

What I wore today: a denim wrap skirt with a red long sleeved t shirt

I am praying: that I would have the peace of one whose mind is set on Christ.

I am reading: my new NOOK! I am in reading heaven!

I am hearing: the sounds of breakfast being prepared and eaten.

One of my favorite things: Did I mention that I got a nook for Christmas!

A few plans for the rest of the week: DOD has friends arriving today and staying through Thursday. Thursday evening we are celebrating Christmas with Mr.'s parents. DOD leaves for California on Sunday afternoon. Most of our normal activities are on hold this week.
