Commercial Reaches New Low
Commercials have long been a point of contention in any television viewing I might do, especially when my family is watching with me. There is no mystery left in life. Commercials address every known topic on the planet from tampons, birth control, genital herpes, medical procedures and now male enhancement all make the top five for awkward and inappropriate. Tonight television commercials crossed a new boundary for the disgusting. Car commercials are know to be rough and sporty or advertised by the bikini clad models but the feminists have apparently taken over Chevy. The new commercial shows a car load of woman at a stop sign in a major city. A man approaches the car and the woman driver hands over a dollar, I assume to have her windshield cleaned. The man proceeds to clean the windshield by taking his shirt off. Soon men are coming out of no one, striping and preforming for the women in the car who are of course really enjoying this exhibit. Several of these men are dancing around in their underwear and making lewd movements. I don't see anything funny about this commercial. What type of woman would enjoy that type of exhibit? Certainly not a woman of character or moral standards.
